Job Corps Transition Services
West Virginia Career Transition Services (CTS) provides assistance to Job Corps Center graduates making the transition from residential-based workforce development to employment, the military, or higher education. CTS helps each person take care of other needs, such as housing, personal financing, transportation, child care, and social services.
Prestera Additions Recovery Center(PARC) at FamilyCare provides substance abuse services to adult females in a non-clinic like setting. A complete and thorough consultation followed by an individualized treatment plan will help provide the support to overcome an addiction to alcohol and or drugs.
RFRN is an avenue for families, recipients of services, and concerned citizens to have their voice heard, and empower their communities to reach their fullest potential through strategic planning
WV Birth to Three Program provides families of eligible infants and toddlers with skills and tools to assist them in helping their child grow and develop.

Step By Step is a regional community education program whose mission is to work with people to be advocates for themselves and leaders in their communities, with a focus on serving youth.
Information & Referral helps individuals and families find services they need. The VRC promotes volunteerism and community service. Learn and Play Center is an early childhood learning and day care program for ages six weeks to 5 years.
